What's Covered:
- Motor → 1 Year Warranty
- Pump → 6 Months Warranty
What's NOT Covered:
- Physical damage by customer
- Damage due to wrong usage
- Damage due to power fluctuation
- Fan blade damage
- Any misuse or negligence
How to Claim Warranty:
- Call or WhatsApp → 9398933518
- Explain the problem
- We'll guide you on which part to courier
- Send the faulty part to us at Sarneshwar Enterprises, Vizianagaram, AP — 535001
- We repair it and send it back
- Customer pays courier charges both ways
Repair Time: 3-5 working days after receiving the part!
