CROMFORT Return & Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: Please read carefully before purchasing.

By placing an order on cromfort.com, the customer agrees to all terms below without exception.

We ONLY accept returns in these STRICT conditions:

  • Product delivered is physically damaged AND unopened packaging
  • Product is completely non-functional upon first use
  • Wrong product delivered by our team

Mandatory Requirements for ANY Return Claim:

  • Claim must be made within 24 hours of delivery — NO exceptions
  • Customer must provide unboxing video — without unboxing video NO return will be accepted under ANY circumstance
  • Customer must WhatsApp video proof to 9398933518 within 24 hours
  • Product must be in original packaging, unused, with all accessories

We DO NOT Accept Returns For:

  • Change of mind or wrong selection by customer
  • Minor colour differences due to screen display
  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
  • Damage caused by power fluctuation or voltage issues
  • Noise or performance issues after initial use
  • Product purchased during sale or discount period
  • Missing claim within 24 hour window — NO extensions given

Refund Process:

  • After receiving returned product, our team will inspect it
  • If claim is valid — refund processed in 7 working days
  • If claim is found invalid after inspection — product returned to customer at their shipping cost, NO refund given
  • Shipping charges are NON-refundable under any circumstance

Installation & Usage:

  • CROMFORT is not responsible for improper installation
  • Customer is responsible for reading the manual before use
  • Water damage due to improper filling is NOT covered
